Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
